I specialize in elegant, fine art, documentary-style wedding photography based in Atlanta. Adventurous and having a destination wedding? Bora Bora? Ireland? You name it, I'm there! It wouldn't be the first time I’ve flown out of the country for a wedding.
Whether your wedding is intimate or grand, I take the time to create timeless, bespoke images that you will treasure forever. Ones you want your children and even grandchildren to see and gawk at how amazing not just your special day was but the love that you two have for each other. You will get to relive the most magical day for the rest of your lives through these captured moments. All the smiles. All the laughs. All the tears of joy immortalized and captured through my lens.
I've shot over 250 weddings with different prestigious studios in the Atlanta area and have traveled and shot weddings overseas. While I’m a natural light photographer when I have beautiful natural lighting, I'm also trained and well adverse in technical off camera flash. This allows me to be able to wield my own light. So I’ll never be limited by the dark or poor lighting and can create my own beautiful lighting. Lighting is only one part of my expertise, I also provide couples with my posing skills. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had couples come to me saying they are so worried about posing and feeling awkward in front of the camera. My immediate response is, “I got you!” I’ve made it my mission to master the art of posing and details, knowing even the slightest changes can transform an image from “good” to “amazing”.
At the end of the day I love what I do. When people ask me what is my dream, I say I’m already living it. I always thought growing up photography would be a hobby, but I’ve been able to make it my career. You have to love the craft as much as the two people promising themselves to each other. What can you say? I'm a romantic with a camera who loves to capture love no matter how challenging or unpredictable the circumstances maybe. Willing to have the flexibility and understanding that things change, and adapting on the fly and still capturing something beautiful is the best part of the job. It’s your day, your love story. As overwhelming, stressful or crazy planning your wedding day may feel (I was in your shoes not too long ago so I know exactly what you're going through), when your big day is finally here. what actually matters boils down to the love you have for each other. It will be the best day ever (trust me, it will be worth all the stress!) But it will also be over before you know it. So I’ll be there by your sides capturing each moment. While I would love to be your wedding photographer, I’d love to be even more. Someone you two trust. Your friend. Your “Lifetime” photographer. I specialize in wedding photography, but I also have a passion for maternity and newborn photography. Your wedding day is just the start of your love story and I’d love to be there to capture every new and exciting chapter there is to follow it; including maternity, newborns and families.
If you’re considering me to possibly follow you around with my camera during such monumental moments in your life and be your lifetime photographer, let me tell you a little bit more about me, camera aside. I’m married to my amazing husband, Caleb. We meet my freshman year of college and after 3 years of dating he popped the question on top of Stone Mountain just as the sun was about to set. We got married at Toccoa Falls just at the base of the waterfall. While we have been married for over 5 years now and still don’t have any kids yet, we do have fur-babies, Mochi and Yeti. They both are husky rescues with a lot of personality and sweetness. I’m a huge animal lover. So yes, please tell me ALL about your your pup/cats….oh and of course your wedding day! Just reach out and we can set up a meeting!
